Do customers need an app?
No. Any modern iPhone or Android phone reads the tap out of the box and opens your review page in the browser. Review cards and custom stands also carry a printed QR code, which any phone camera can scan.

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum. A single review card is R449, R399 each from 5 cards and R349 each from 10. A standard review stand is R499, R469 each from 5 and R429 each from 10 to 20. A custom stand is R50 more at every quantity. For more than 20 stands, ask us for a quote. Prices include VAT and exclude delivery.
What is the difference between a standard and a custom review stand?
Both use the same countertop stand. The standard one is R499 and arrives with the Google review design already printed, in white or black, and customers tap it with their phone. The custom one is R549, R50 more for the vinyl printed with your logo, your colours and your own wording, and customers can either tap it or scan the QR code printed on it. Both drop in price from 5 stands.
Can someone else reprogram my review stand?
No. We program every stand with your own Google review link and then password-protect the chip. Any phone can still read it, but nobody can rewrite it to send your customers somewhere else. If you ever need the link changed, or want the stand to run an in-store competition, we change it for you. The stand opens Google directly, so there is no subscription and nothing that stops working.
How long does delivery take?
A standard review stand is delivered within 7 working days of your order. Review cards and custom stands are printed, encoded and shipped across South Africa and Namibia, typically within 7 to 14 working days from artwork sign-off.
What if I am not happy with it?
A standard review stand carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with it for any reason, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the stand price. Review cards and custom stands are printed for you, so they are not refundable for a change of mind, but if one does not open your Google review page, or we made a printing error, we reprint or replace it free.
