Frequently asked questions
Who can become a Taplink partner?
Any South African or Namibian business that already sells to companies, such as a branding agency, a print shop, a corporate gift supplier or an IT reseller. Taplink is business to business only, so partners sell to companies rather than to individuals.
What is the difference between a referral partner and a reseller?
A referral partner introduces a client and we do everything else, from the quote to the support, and the partner earns a fee on the first order. A reseller sells the cards as their own sale, supplies artwork on our template and invoices the client, and earns a discount on every card plus a share of the yearly hosting.
Do I need to design or produce anything?
No production at all. We print and program every card, build every profile and host them. A reseller supplies print-ready artwork on our card template; a referral partner does not supply anything beyond the introduction.
Is the portal branded as mine?
No. The admin portal and the profiles carry the Taplink name, alongside your client's own logo and branding on every card and profile.
What does it cost to join?
